Reflections of Motherhood | GodTube

I have only one child. I wish I had a happy time emotionally during my pregnancy, but my relationship was in outrageous turmoil. If I had to say one thing to myself prior to having my child, I would have said, Walk away now...forever. It will save your health and only make for a happier child." What would you have said to yourself before the birth of your first child?

Little Johnny...

It is near the Christmas break of the school year. The students have
turned in all their work and there is really nothing more to do. All the
children are restless and the teacher decides to have an early
dismissal.

Teacher: "Whoever answers the questions I ask, first and correctly can
leave early today."

Little Johnny says to himself "Good, I want to get outta here. I'm smart
and will answer the question."

Teacher: "Who said 'Four Score and Seven Years Ago'?"

Before Johnny can open his mouth, Susie says, "Abraham Lincoln."

Teacher: "That's right Susie, you can go home."

Johnny is mad that Susie answered the question first.

Teacher: "Who said 'I Have a Dream'?"

Before Johnny can open his mouth, Mary says, "Martin Luther King."

Teacher: "That's right Mary, you can go."

Johnny is even madder than before.

Teacher: "Who said 'Ask not, what your country can do for you'?"

Before Johnny can open his mouth, Nancy says, "John F. Kennedy."

Teacher: "That's right Nancy , you may also leave."

Johnny is boiling mad that he has not been able to answer to any of the
questions.

When the teacher turns her back Johnny says, "I wish these bitches would
keep their mouths shut!"

The teacher turns around: "NOW WHO SAID THAT?"

Johnny: "TIGER WOODS. CAN I GO NOW?"

Vintage Lady Gaga Live at NYU - Captivated & Electric Kiss

I haven't been much of a Lady GaGa fan. I don't know if it's just that her costumes and crazyness (which can be fun at times), is just a bit too much. Because of these things, I tend to focus more on what she wears than on her voice or talent. But here is a video of her PRIOR to her fame, and WOWWWWW Talk about a beautiful voice and just plain raw talent! Go Lady gaga! Now if she would only mellow out a bit...then I could fully enjoy her now ; )

Animal Lovers - Please do this for the SPCA -It will only take a FEW SECONDS

Animal Lovers -  Please do this for the SPCA - literally 15 seconds

Can all of you animal lovers please take a second and do this?

Image001

Hi, all you animal lovers!

This is pretty  simple... Please
ask ten friends to each ask a further ten today!
The Animal Rescue Site is having trouble getting  enough people to click on it daily so they can meet their quota of  getting
FREE FOOD donated every day to abused and neglected animals.  It takes less than a minute (about 15 seconds) to go to their site  and click on the purple box 'fund food for animals for free'. This  doesn't cost you a thing.
Their corporate  sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate food  to abandoned/neglected animals in exchange for advertising.
Here's the web site! Please pass it along to people you know.

AGAIN, PLEASE TELL 10  FRIENDS!

Obama Inauguration: Rick Warren Prayer, Jan 20, 09

There are times in life when things touch us in such profound ways that we can't find a way to release the excitement or depth of the moment other than through tears. At times we can't contain them, other times, they and uncontrollably stream down our faces and leave us with memories that can can never be taken away from us.

This day...the day January 20th, 2009, the day that Obama has been sworn in as the 44th President of the United States, is one of those days for me. It was as Pastor Rick Warren was leading our country into prayer and the cameras took a stroll down the Mall and across our beautiful land, where thousands of people stood tall, proud, full of hope, unity, and with eagerness for equality our land has never seen. With hope for a bright future. It was then that the tears streamed down my cheeks and I knew this would be a moment I wouldn't soon forget. at this moment that I knewhe future, that I knew this was a moment I would never forget.

I am glad to have found this Inauguration Prayer video, because it is something I want to keep with me forever.

This video breaks my heart. I said these words to my daughter's father time and time again. He didn't care. I hope other father's see this, and remember, your daughters and sons are what you give them in spirit and in love.
